Yūgen is an intimate, reservation-only kaiseki experience rooted in Japanese tradition and guided by seasonality, restraint, and craft.
Led by Chef Atsushi Okawara, guests are invited to place their trust in the chef’s hands as each course unfolds at the counter, shaped by the finest ingredients and precise technique. With limited seating and a calm, intentional atmosphere, Yūgen is designed for presence and connection, where every detail is considered and every moment is meant to be savored.
